Exchange & Refund Policy

 

We hope you have enjoyed your Fragrances Bay experience and are going to love your purchase. However, if want to make a refund or exchange on the items you purchased, below are the guidelines for your reference:

  1. Refund is accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase and exchange is accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase

  2. Items to be refunded or exchange must be in its original packaging and in good condition.

  3. Tax invoice must be presented upon exchange or refund of the item. Without an invoice, the company has the right to refuse any exchange or refund to the customer.

  4. Due to the nature of oud oils, we do not accept exchange or refund on this items category.

  5. If you have an issue with delivery or condition of your product please use the CONTACT PAGE.

Privacy & Safety

This privacy policy is applicable to all of Fragrances Bay customer-facing platforms including Fragrances Bay website, www.fragrancesbay.com. Any reference to “site” or “website” may also refer to platforms interchangeably.

UAE Delivery

Deliveries take between 2 to 5 days. Please be advised that working days do not include Friday, Saturday and Holidays. Be completely reassured that we are taking all the necessary measures in the preparation and shipping of your orders in order to limit any risk.

Outside UAE Delivery

Fragrances Bay will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
